I would love to get to know you, but first, here is a little bit about me…

I was born and raised in Bay Village, Ohio; a small suburb of Cleveland nestled on the edge of Lake Erie.  I spent two years studying public communications at Ashland University and one year at the National Institute of Massotherapy, but did not find what I was looking for at either institution.  My search for happiness led me to Colorado in 2006 because I wanted to surround myself with sunshine, mountains and great people!  I met my husband within the first few months of my move and we were married in 2009 in beautiful Costa Rica.  We reside in the foothills of Morrison with our 2 daughters, 4 dogs & a guinea pig.  In our free time, we love to spend time in nature, swim, hike and camp with our girls and our dogs and spend lots of time in the kitchen cooking together. I also love to practice yoga, qigong, breath work and meditation.

I pursued my passion for healing and science by attending the Denver School of Massage Therapy and have been a licensed massage therapist since 2008.  As a massage therapist, I care for my clients by listening to their needs and concerns and offering them support and guidance.  I establish trust by creating a safe and comfortable space which leads to open and honest communications.  I will help you to become aware of the structure and function of your body and teach you how to take preventative measures by providing you with self-care exercises in order to do so.  I put my heart and soul into every massage that I give because every client is special and deserves to be treated as such.  In order to truly make a difference, I find that it is essential to tailor every massage to meet the unique needs of each client.   My specialties include deep tissue massage, structural bodywork, injury massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, pre-natal massage & solfeggio tuning fork sound/vibrational healing.

I graduated summa cum laude in 2014 from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. I chose to pursue a career in nutrition in order to teach others how to take preventative measures so that they may lead healthy, chronic disease-free lives.  I do this through my role as an educator by equipping you with the knowledge and tools necessary to live healthfully.  As a health counselor, I treat each client with the same individualized care as I do my massage clients.  I offer individual and family health counseling sessions.

After my formal education concluded, I have been pursuing many other avenues of healing work, including breath work, sound healing, quantum frequency healing, mindset coaching, mindfulness and meditation practices, spiritual practices, shadow work, sleep hygiene, grounding, reconnecting with nature, hot and cold therapies, yoga, and qigong. I continue to learn and grow on my own healing path every day which allows me to gain new knowledge and deepen my insights to better support my clients.

I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey to health!

Nourish Yourself,

Erin
